Myriad Genetics Grows Women's Health Biz With Counsyl Acquisition

Myriad Genetics has signed an agreement to acquire reproductive- testing company Counsyl for $375m. The acquisition is Myriad's largest acquisition to date and entry into the reproductive testing market.
