Hologic Continues Spending Spree With $230M Tuck-In Acquisition Of Biotheranostics

Hologic, Inc. announced its second acquisition this week and plans to spend $230m for the privately held diagnostics maker BioTheranostics, Inc. to align the company’s broader corporate focus on women’s health.
