China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) in April released its latest medical equipment five-year plan, covering 2021-2025. Its horizontal aims are to expand usage of 5G, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, cloud computing and 3D printing in the devices field.
