Novo Holdings Acquires BBI Group In Deal Worth Over $400M

American engineering and consultancy firm Exponent sold its stake in BBI Group in a deal worth over $400m to Novo Holdings, making Novo Holdings the majority shareholder. Novo Holdings is a holding company for the Novo Nordisk foundation's commercial activities.
