Kendall Patient Recovery (KPR), an ethylene oxide (EtO) medical device sterilizer with a facility in the US state of Georgia, is being sued on behalf of a Felicia Lambert who died of leukemia. The case is the latest filed against a sterilizer in the ongoing debate over the potential cancer risk posed by such facilities to surrounding communities.
