Tasso, which developed devices that allow patients to draw blood samples at home, wants to transform health care by supporting decentralized clinical trials, clinical research and remote patient health monitoring.

Tasso Inc., which develops devices for the self-collection of blood samples, recently raised $100m in a series B financing round, bringing its total funding raised to $131m.

The Seattle-based company said on 16 December it will use the proceeds to scale manufacturing and operations to meet the increased demand for its line of blood
