View From German Industry: MDR At The Turning Point

Post-COVID, Medica in 2022 was still in “recovery mode” after a virtual 2020 event and a hybrid alternative in 2021. But there wasn’t to be a “post-pandemic” rush by the hundreds of Chinese firms that usually make for Düsseldorf every November, with lockdowns and travel restrictions still being enforced as a result of the nation’s zero-COVID policy.

Others too evidently decided it was still too early for large gatherings, but Medica’s claim to be peerless in terms of size still held, with 81,000 visitors over the four days
