Trade group AdvaMed and nonprofit Washington Legal Foundation (WLF) filed amicus briefs this week asking the US Supreme Court to review and overturn a California Court of Appeals decision that upheld a $300m civil penalty for pelvic mesh manufacturer Ethicon.
