Easy Healthcare Corp., the developer of the Premom app for tracking ovulation and monitoring female fertility, has reached a settlement with the attorneys general of Connecticut, Oregon and the District of Columbia requiring changes to the app to help protect patient privacy. DC Attorney General Brian Schwalb announced the agreement on 17 May.
In 2020, the International Digital Accountability Council reported that Premom shared sensitive user data with third parties, including two China-based companies that had been flagged for privacy violations
