Federal Circuit Court of Appeals Sides With Axonic Once More In Ongoing Patent Battle

The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has once again ruled that a ruling from the US Patent Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) favoring Medtronic plc is invalid.

The case began in 2019, when Medtronic sued Axonic Inc. for infringement of its nerve stimulation patents
