UK regulator the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has set out its strategic approach to AI in a17-page document entitled Impact Of AI On The Regulation Of Medical Products, Implementing The AI White Paper Principles. 

The UK has long planned to take a light-touch approach to the regulation of AI in medical devices.
