MCKESSON PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER PULIDO joins the wholesaler from Sandoz Pharmaceutical Corp., where he had been CEO since Jan. 1 ("The Pink Sheet" Jan. 1, T&G-6). Prior to that, Mark Pulido, 43, held the top post at the Sandoz medical supply and reimbursement services affiliate Red Line Healthcare. He started his career with McKesson and joined Sandoz in 1990 from FoxMeyer.
