Sykes, Leschly Reprimanded In U.K. Report On Glaxo/SB Merger Demise

Glaxo Wellcome Chairman Richard Sykes and SmithKline Beecham CEO Jan Leschly should be "held publicly accountable" for the failure of merger talks between their companies, the U.K. House of Commons Science & Technology Select Committee suggested.
