King To Seek Release From Consent Decree on Former Warner-Lambert Plant

King Pharmaceuticals plans to petition in August for relief from the consent decree placed on its Parkedale facility (Rochester, Mich.) formerly owned by Warner-Lambert, King states in a prospectus for its recent initial public offering.
