PBM/Manufacturer Deals May Skirt Medicaid Rebate Law - Prosecutor

Federal prosecutors may take an interest in manufacturer/pharmacy benefits management company contracts that could be interpreted as efforts to circumvent the Medicaid rebate law, Philadelphia Assistant U.S. Attorney James Sheehan indicated Dec. 17 at the Food and Drug Law Institute annual meeting in Washington, DC.
