Synetic CareInsite IPO To Proceed Following Decision In Merck Litigation

A New Jersey state court's denial of Merck's preliminary injunction request against Synetic has cleared the way for the company to proceed with a proposed spin-off of its health care e-commerce subsidiary CareInsite, Inc.
