Japan To Accept Foreign Data; USTR Requests Dispute Settlement For Canada

The Japanese government has agreed to accept foreign clinical data for approval of new drugs when the data meets or is equivalent to Japanese or International Conference on Harmonization Good Clinical Practice standards.
