PhRMA and Mass Biotech Council To Testify Against Drug Pricing/Rebate Bill

PhRMA and the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council will testify June 29 against a Massachusetts state bill (HB 2886) that would reduce the cost of outpatient pharmaceuticals through mandated rebates and discounts.
