Online Pharmacy Bill Allows FDA To Determine Regulatory Jurisdiction

Rep. Klink's (D-Penn.) "Internet Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act" requires online pharmacies to provide identifying information on their web sites and authorizes FDA to determine which states have "primary enforcement responsibility."
