HHS Looking At Impact Of NDC Changes, Repackaging On Medicaid Rebates

The HHS Inspector General is considering a study to support a legislative change to the Medicaid rebate program to ensure that New Drug Code changes cannot be used to circumvent inflation restraints for the Medicaid system.
