Medicare Rx Stop-Loss Cost-Sharing Proposed By Thomas

The federal government and private insurers could share the cost of providing Medicare prescription drug stop-loss insurance as an alternative to a "risk pool" approach, Rep. Thomas said March 28 in a speech to the Federation of American Health Systems.
