State AGs Need Power To Pursue Online Pharmacies In Federal Court - Bliley

State Attorneys General would be given authority to seek injunctions against companies illegally selling prescription drugs over the Internet in federal court under legislation to be introduced by Commerce Committee Chairman Bliley (R-Va.) and Commerce/Oversight & Investigations Subcommittee Chairman Upton (R-Mich.).
