House Medicare Rx Bill Calls For GAO Study Of Part B Payments Prior To Cuts

The General Accounting Office would conduct a study of Medicare payment levels for currently covered drugs and biologics under an amendment to Medicare prescription drug legislation that was approved by the House Ways & Means Committee June 21.
