Some health plans are considering lower pharmaceutical co-pays for patients who make lifestyle changes that reduce drug utilization, Express Scripts Senior Director-Clinical Education and Training Michael Thomas told a Pharmaceutical Care Management Association meeting in London Nov. 9.
