Medicare Incremental Rx Bill Is Likely In 2002, PhRMA Consultant Predicts

The Bush campaign's promise of a Medicare drug benefit will most likely be translated into an incremental program in legislation during the second session (2002) of the 107th Congress, PhRMA consultant Alixe Mattingly suggested during a Jan. 9 panel discussion at the J.P. Morgan H&Q Healthcare Conference in San Francisco.
