Medicaid "Best Price" Repeal Would Lower Prices To States, PBM Exec Says

State Medicaid agencies could negotiate lower prices from manufacturers if the "best price" rebate system is repealed, Prescription Solutions Director-Pharmacy Networks and Legal Affairs John Jones maintained during a Health Industry Group Purchasing Association conference Feb. 8 in Las Vegas.
