FDA Median Approval Time Drops To 11.6 Months For FY 1999 Applications

The median approval time for new product applications submitted in fiscal 1999 decreased to 11.6 months from 12 months in the prior three fiscal years, FDA's Prescription Drug User Fee Performance Report for FY 2000 states.
