Zenith's Generic Nizatidine Approval Delayed Until End Of Litigation With Lilly

Zenith Goldline's generic nizatidine will not receive full FDA approval until the conclusion of patent litigation with Lilly, following a March 8 court order which extends the 30 month stay of approval for the generic.
