Medicaid To Seek Repayment Of Rebates On Drugs Sold To HMO Repackagers

The Health Care Financing Administration intends to follow an HHS Inspector General recommendation to require drug manufacturers who excluded sales to HMO repackagers from their Medicaid best price determinations to pay back the lost rebates.
