FDA retention bonuses: CDER is "aggressively looking at retention bonuses for staff," Office of New Drugs Director John Jenkins, MD, tells Drug Information Association annual meeting in Chicago June 20. The Office of New Drugs is in the process of developing a "comprehensive recruitment and retention plan," Jenkins said. Although the staff turnover rate at CDER "hasn't changed that dramatically over the past decade...it is still unacceptably high"...
