In-house attorneys breathed a sigh of relief when a district court judge acquitted former GlaxoSmithKline PLC attorney Lauren Stevens of obstructing an FDA investigation and making false statements. But the May 10 ruling is unlikely to discourage the government from prosecuting individual executives for health care fraud.
