Flu Vaccine Tax Should Take Effect In July 2005, HHS Commission Says

Complications resulting from the current flu vaccine shortage would make it difficult to add trivalent influenza vaccines to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program in December, commission members say. HHS appears likely to follow the commission’s recommendation.
