Senate Finance Committee Inquires Into Manufacturer Medicaid Best Price Calculations

Nineteen drug manufacturers are asked to submit information and documents on use of the nominal price exception in calculating Medicaid rebates. The committee may consider “refinements” to the existing statutory language.
