Medco Prosecution Will Continue Under False Claims Act, Kickback Laws

Philadelphia federal judge dismisses common law fraud claims on grounds that plaintiffs (ex-employees and government) were not harmed. Medco plans to file for summary judgment once discovery is complete at end of October.
