Drug Shortages Mostly FDA’s Fault, House Oversight Committee Concludes

FDA deserves much of the blame for the spike in drug shortages in recent years because an increase in enforcement has forced numerous manufacturers to take capacity offline, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee said.
