GDUFA Stakeholder Deadline Extended; Are Talks Delayed?

FDA says stakeholders who want to participate in monthly updates during formal generic drug user fee talks have until late April 2016 to give notice, prompting questions about the negotiation schedule.

GDUFA reauthorization negotiations may be starting later than planned after the agency delayed its notification deadline for stakeholder participation more than eight months.

FDA officials are required to conduct monthly meetings with stakeholder groups while GDUFA II talks are ongoing to keep them...
