Pfizer Inc. and Allergan PLCnamed the leadership team for the combined company Feb. 8, the highlights of which include the departure of Pfizer’s Group President-Global Innovative Pharma Geno Germano and the promotion of Allergan Executive VP Bill Meury. As expected, the leadership team includes two groups, one reporting to Chairman and CEO Ian Read and the other reporting to Brent Saunders, who will be president and chief operating officer.
