CMS Eyeing Test To Lower Part B Drug Payments Through ASP Formula Change

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is considering launching a new payment model experiment later in 2016 that would test lower reimbursement for drugs administered by physicians or in a hospital outpatient setting and covered under Medicare Part B.
