WARNER-LAMBERT PLEADS GUILTY TO GMP VIOLATIONS, WILL PAY $10 MIL. FINE for "fraudulently failing to notify the FDA about persistent drug stability problems," the Maryland U.S. Attorney's Office announced Nov. 28. The company pleaded guilty to the felony offense before Judge Deborah Chasanow in Greenbelt, Md. federal court.
