ALLERGAN RESTRUCTURING TO RESULT IN CUTS OF 450 EMPLOYEES, including 15 of the top 80 positions in the corporation, Allergan told analysts at a June 3 meeting. Among the positions being eliminated is chief operating officer; COO Richard Haugen is resigning effective June 30. The company also is consolidating manufacturing capabilities with the closure of several facilities.
