Acutek alleges nasal dilator patent infringement in suit against CNS.

CNS BREATHE RIGHT INFRINGEMENT OF PATENT RIGHTS CHARGED in suit filed Jan. 6 in Los Angeles federal court by medical adhesive component manufacturer Acutek. The complaint alleges that Minneapolis, Minn.-based CNS, manufacturer and marketer of Breathe Right nasal strips, infringed Acutek patent rights following a Dec. 26 reissuance of a U.S. patent for Acutek's Clear Passage nasal dilators.
