NICOTINE PATCH OTC "SECOND GENERATION" PRODUCT IN DEVELOPMENT AT TCPI, the company discloses in its 1996 annual report. Technical Chemicals & Products, Inc., based in Pompano Beach, Fla., reported that it has completed over half of the work necessary to file for FDA marketing clearance of the smoking cessation product. TCPI expects the product to be eligible for the ANDA, rather than full NDA, approval process.
