Heritage Acquires N'ICE, Cepastat Throat Drops From SmithKline Beecham

Heritage Consumer Products is adding SmithKline Beecham's N'ICE and Cepastat throat lozenges to its cold/allergy product group, the companies announced Jan. 22. Details of the agreement were not disclosed.
