FDA Request For Pearson v. Shalala Rehearing Denied By Circuit Court

FDA's request for a rehearing of the D.C. federal appeals court decision in Pearson v. Shalala was denied by that court April 2. FDA filed its petition for a rehearing March 1 ("The Tan Sheet" March 22, p. 3).
