Durbin DSHEA Reform To Focus On Mandatory AERs, Labeling Accuracy

Sen. Richard Durbin (D-Ill.) will push for mandatory adverse event reporting and stricter labeling standards for dietary supplements, as well as exclusion of certain products from the legal definition of supplements, in the 108th Congress
