Husband-and-wife pair Patrick Jacquemin, Andrea Spiegelberg sentenced to 10 years felony probation, $600,000 in fines and restitution for selling counterfeit Xenadrine RFA-1 on eBay Web site and in South America. Couple pled guilty in Miami state court to four felony counts: organized fraud; forging or counterfeiting labels; vending goods with counterfeit labels; and tampering with consumer products.
