Perrigo To Pay Attorney Fees In Imodium Trial; McNeil Patents Still “Obvious”

McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals does not have to pay attorney fees to Perrigo in the firms' Imodium Advanced patent claims case, according to a federal appellate court ruling issued Aug. 1
