The Jordan Food and Drug Administration has updated its medicines regulations with regard to adverse event reporting, bioequivalence studies, variations and exports1.
The new rules, which are now aligned with the existing Pharmacy and Medicines Law (No 80 of 2001), came into effect on 30 September 2010.
