The Biden Administration’s proposed Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) has the potential to “duplicate” ongoing translational research elsewhere in the National Institutes of Health, Rep. Andy Harris, R-MD, suggested during a House Appropriations hearing on the Department of Health and Human Services budget on 15 April.
