FDA To Issue Decision On Florida’s Drug Importation Proposal By October

The US Food and Drug Administration might be close to authorizing the first state program to import prescription drugs from Canada. The agency noted in a recent court filing that it is reviewing Florida’s amended program proposal and will be issuing a decision by 31 October.
